The deadline for visits taking place between March 2011 and June 2011 is 11:00AM 15 October 2010. The application form can be found on the Cedefop website as follows:

1. Read the Study Visits Programme Announcement

The Programme Announcement for the 2010 application round from CEDEFOP gives you important information on the Study Visits programme including themes, participants, and the application process. Annex 1 has descriptions of the thematic categories, Annex 2 has information on distribution of grants.

2. Read the Visits Catalogue and select 4 visits you are interested in attending

You can now search the online Catalogue of Study Visits for the 2010-2011 academic year (or download a PDF version).

3. Complete the online application form

The application form for study visits in the 2010-2011 academic year is now available. Click here to complete the online application form.

4. Print your completed application and sign it

5. Get your employer to endorse the application by countersigning the copy with your original signature

We will also accept a signed letter of endorsement provided it's printed on your organisation's official letterhead.

6. Return the signed form to the Study Visits team at ECOTEC

Send the signed form to us at the address below, postmarked no later than 15 October  2010. Please note that you must send us a form with original signatures, we cannot accept photocopies or electronic signatures. 

Remember - you must post your application on or before the deadline for it to be considered eligible!
