Participate in a Study Visit

Although you can apply directly to ECOTEC to be a Study Visit Participant, you need to be aware that the Transversal programme is run by the European Commission as part of the Lifelong Learning Programme .

Each year they set out the LLP's aims, objectives and rules for applicants in the 'Call for Proposals' documents. It will help your funding application if you show you have considered these. As these can be quite complicated documents, we've selected the most relevant parts for you:

• Strategic Priorities for the LLP in 2010 - Read the Transversal section to find out the priority themes for Transversal projects and to help you place your ideas in a European context. 



• LLP Guide 2010: Part I - Read this if you want to get an overview of the LLP, who does what and adminstrative and financial rules.



• LLP Guide 2010: Part II 'Sub-programmes & Actions' - Read the Transversal section, which details the Transversal programme aims, who can participate and the types of activity funded.  



• LLP Guide 2010: Part II - 'Explanations by Action' - Go to the page for the funding area (known as 'action') you are interested in, such as 'Study Visits for Education and Vocational Training Specialists'.
