Mobility Opportunities
Mobility Opportunities
The Mobility category covers a programme of Study Visits for Education and Vocational Training Specialists. You can either apply to participate in a visit in another European country to share your expertise and learn more about a particular topic, or host a visit in the UK for a group of educational professionals from across Europe.
Study Visits offer an opportunity to exchange experiences and expertise on education policy and practices across Europe. Participants can learn about national training systems, visit organisations involved in education and training, and discuss policies and issues on a particular theme with local experts.
Participants come from all over Europe and have diverse professional backgrounds from different sectors of education and vocational training.
Read our new Guidance Note on 'Making Mobility Work for You!' which contains useful information for everyone wanting to apply for a mobility grant and ideas to make the most of your experience.
Participate in a Study Visit
If you’re an education professional, you could benefit from a Transversal Study Visit in another European country.
You’ll spend up to a week finding out about education systems and practices in Europe and picking up practical ideas to try out back home. Taking part couldn’t be easier – your programme is organised for you, and you get a grant to help with the costs.
